  • EDUCATION
  • PRACTICE

I earned both my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Social Work from Wayne State University, and I am dedicated to lifelong learning and skill development. In addition to traditional therapy, I help clients enhance their performance, mindset, focus, and motivation, drawing from strategies in mindfulness, existentialism, family systems, and mind-body techniques.

  • B.A. in Psychology – Wayne State University
  • Master of Social Work – Wayne State University
  • Extensive training in CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and mind-body therapy
  • Licensed in Michigan

I teach people how to develop a regular mindfulness practice and integrate it into their everyday lives. Mindfulness practice allows us to fully embrace life’s joys and meet the difficult moments more skillfully, and the result of that is often an increased sense of ease, peace, happiness and fulfillment.

  • Learn how to be more present in your life
  • Feel a greater sense of peace, happiness, and wellbeing
  • Develop a regular mindfulness practice & integrate it into your everyday life
  • Live more authentically and intentionally

Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming. But you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or life transitions, I’m here to walk with you—with empathy, expertise, and a deep respect for your story. Let’s work together to build a life that feels more whole, more grounded, and more you.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Catholic/Christian Therapist

As a licensed Catholic therapist, I believe that healing is both a science and a journey of the soul. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—two powerful, evidence-based approaches that together provide a holistic path to emotional wellness and resilience. My approach is rooted in both clinical rigor and compassionate care.

I understand that each client brings a unique story, whether it involves managing stress, healing from trauma, or seeking deeper purpose and peace. What sets my practice apart is the integration of mind and heart: using CBT to challenge unhelpful thought patterns and EMDR to process and release emotional pain. This dual approach allows us to work on both immediate symptoms and underlying wounds—empowering you with insight, healing, and practical tools for lasting change.

With over 10 years of experience in outpatient therapy, medical settings, and community mental health, I’ve had the honor of working with diverse populations—children, adolescents, adults, families, and older adults. Every session is uniquely tailored, with a focus on cultural understanding, creativity, and human connection. My background in art fuels a creative and expressive approach to therapy, helping you explore emotions and experiences in a way that resonates with your personality and life stage.

OUR MISSIONFinding Life Balance

Balance is not a destination, but a constant journey. You might feel out of balance from time to time, and that’s okay.

Don’t approach it with a perfectionist mentality; accept the good enough. Expectations make us lose balance. High-wire artists make progress one step at a time. That’s why they don’t fall — they don’t worry about perfect; they only focus on moving forward lorem ispum destination.
